TD Launcher Beta

(currently in beta) TD Launcher is an application for launching Touch Designer files in the version of Touch Designer they were last saved in. TD Launcher will launch the file in the correct version of Touch Designer if it is installed and direct you to download the missing Touch Designer version if it is missing.
